Disconnecting an app closes it for that organization. Nothing is deleted: its records are kept, whole, under that connection.
What happens
- The app no longer opens for that organization.
- Everything recorded until now stays saved under that connection.
- Your other apps and organizations are not affected.
- Connecting the app again starts a fresh set of records; the old ones are not lost.
Good to know Only an owner of the organization can disconnect it from an app. If you want to keep working on the same records, keep the app connected rather than reconnecting it later.
