Your organization's name, registration numbers, address and tax details all live in Settings. Whatever you save there is what prints on your documents.
- Open the app and choose Settings in the sidebar, under Organization.
- On Organization Profile, update the Primary name / Secondary name, the trade and your logo.
- On Organization Address, correct where the business is registered and trades from.
- On the registration tab, update your tax number and registration number.
- Save. New documents use the new details straight away.
Good to know If your organization is connected to a tax authority, some registration fields are locked while that connection is on, because the authority knows you by them. Disconnect it first if they really need to change.
