At check-out, the stay becomes a hotel invoice with one line for each night at its real rate, plus VAT and the payments already taken.
- Open the booking and choose Check-out.
- If money is still owed, choose Take payment & check out and record what the guest pays now.
- Or choose Check out with balance due to leave the rest owing.
- Confirm. The room becomes free again.
What the invoice shows
- One line per night, at the price for that night. Weekday prices are applied where you set them.
- VAT on the stay.
- Every payment taken before and at check-out, and what is left to pay.
Good to know The invoice is posted to the free Accounts app automatically, as Hotel revenue.
