Yes. Issued and paid invoices can be emailed to the customer with the invoice PDF attached, from the list or from the invoice itself.
- Open Invoices and find the invoice, or open it.
- Choose Email to customer.
- Confirm with Send email.
What you can see
- The email is queued and sent within moments.
- The invoice shows who it was Sent to, by whom, and the Times emailed.
- If sending fails, it shows Not sent so you can try again.
Good to know When you take a payment, you can tick Email the invoice to the customer to send it in the same step.
