Yes. You can bill a free-text line, such as a one-off service or a fee, without creating a product first.
- On the invoice, press Add line.
- Type your description in the item search.
- Press the ✓ (tick) button beside the search.
- Enter the quantity and price for the line.
What happens
- The line keeps exactly the words you typed.
- VAT is applied to it like any other line.
- Nothing is added to your Products list.
Good to know If you bill the same thing often, make it a product instead, so its price and VAT fill in by themselves every time.
