Only the organization owner. Members can be given access to almost everything else, but billing and ownership always stay with the owner.
Owner only
- Choosing, upgrading or downgrading a plan.
- Adding or changing the payment card.
- Cancelling the subscription or deleting the organization.
- Disconnecting the organization from an app.
Good to know A member who opens Plan sees the plan and its limits, but is told that the account owner can upgrade it. Ask the owner if a change is needed.
