What does "Unavailable on your plan" mean?

Last updated: Fri, 30 Oct 2026

Unavailable on your plan marks records that are above your plan's limit after you move to a smaller plan. They are set aside, not deleted.

How it works

  • Your plan's limit decides how many active records you can keep.
  • The records above the limit, the newest ones, are set aside.
  • They stay in place but are read-only, so you can still view them.

To bring them back

  • Upgrade your plan from Billing, or
  • make other records inactive to free up room within your limit.
Good to know Inactive records do not count on your plan, so tidying up old customers or products is often enough.
