Open Products and press Add to create one product, or use Import to bring in many from a spreadsheet.
- Go to Products → Add.
- Enter the Primary name (and Secondary name if you use one).
- Set its Price, VAT and Category.
- Choose whether it has a Fixed Price.
- Save.
Fixed or variable price
- Fixed Price on: the same price is used on every invoice.
- Fixed Price off: the price is typed in sale by sale, which suits work priced job by job.
Good to know To add many products at once, use Import on the list and match your spreadsheet's columns to Nizam's fields.
