Yes. Invite a supplier to the supplier portal. Once they join, they see your requests and orders and reply with their quotes there.
- In the Inventory app, open Suppliers.
- On the supplier's row, choose Invite to portal, then Send invite.
- The supplier accepts the email invitation and signs in.
- Their replies arrive in Supplier Quotations, ready to compare.
What the supplier sees
- Requests: your requests for quotation, where they enter their prices.
- Orders: the purchase orders you have sent them.
Good to know The Portal column shows whether each supplier is Not invited, has an Invitation waiting or has Joined. You can resend, withdraw or remove access from the same row.
