Open VAT & Returns: it shows the tax charged by year and month, and you can download it as a PDF.
- Open VAT & Returns in the sidebar.
- Choose the Year you want to report on.
- Select Show months to see each month, and tick the months you need.
- Download the PDF, laid out to print.
What the return shows
- VAT charged: collected on sales.
- VAT paid: paid on purchases and expenses.
- VAT owed: the difference, which is what gets handed over.
Good to know The return builds itself. Record your sales, purchases and expenses, and the figures are ready when you open the page.
